This listing is for a private room in a home. Smart TVs are located in all rooms. Pool and Spa! Located within 5 miles of all major beaches! Free parking, water softener, washer and dryer in home. Fully fenced in backyard area. The bathroom is shared with other guests if they are booked. I have my own bathroom. Absolutely NO smoking on the property!!

The two bedrooms are located upstairs with a loft area, I rent out both rooms. The bedrooms are 6 feet apart. The full bath is located between the rooms and will be shared with guests only. Kitchen and Laundry area are located downstairs. There is a closet with beach supplies by the front door. My room is located downstairs in the back of the house.
